In an ever changing time that requires updating my security needs, Alarm Services Group is in a class of its own. My neighborhood began to evolve into one that required I update my security. I was with ADT during that time. I addressed my needs with ADT. The only thing they could recommend is that I install and additional monitor. What they wanted to update the security for my windows was outrageous. Luckily for me, Tom Brady was in the area assessing the need for security. Alarm Services Group came, assessed my particular needs and covered gaps in my security needs from the roof to the foundation. Additionally, whenever something needs work, they are here within 24 hours, on time and eagerly addressing the issue. I dare say they go out of their way to make sure that the job is done the first time. I would not hesitate to recommend Alarm Services Group.

I left ADT, whom I had been with for 9 years due to rising monthly premiums, limited equipment, and bad service and switched to Alarm Services Group. They gave me a check to payoff my old alarm company I was in contract with and updated all of my equipment plus put contacts on all of my windows, which ADT wanted to charge me for every contact, and Alarm Services Group then put up 4 cameras hooked to my tv and cell phones , ALL for zero down! Very very pleased with the company and their service. Highly recommended!!
